Hayley Matthews, captain of West Indies women cricket team and outstanding West Indies cricketer of her generation, and Eric McClymont, cricket pundit, steward at London’s premier grounds and good friend of Caribcommx, meet up at the Oval on a hot summer’s day. What was Eric doing allowing himself to be seen at the Hundred? Ah, it was his guise in order to meet Hayley, for which he can be forgiven anything, and in fulfilment of a mission to see how “the other half (of the cricket world) live”. Caribcommx looks forward to being able to report much more on Hayley Matthews and receiving further despatches from Eric. Thank you both.
